is the next of the workout routines at home. I completed two full cycles of P90X2. This Program features Tony Horton. P90X2 is another relatively demanding workout routine that I would not recommend for beginners. Tony Horton provides many ways to modify each routine, but even with modifications, P90X2 can be tough.
P90X2 is the result of two years of research and development. P90X2, speaking from experience, produces visible results within weeks. At the end of my first 90 day cycle, I lost 30 pounds with significant visual improvements in muscle tone.
The original P90X used Muscle Confusion to break the typical 30-day training plateaus to rev up results. P90X2 takes what researchers learned from P90X and adds in training techniques developed by professional sports trainers to get World class results. P90X2 uses a training phase called P.A.P. or Post-Activation Potentiation that is the peak of the new training method. You will be working out in a variety of balance positions and using a stability ball with many of your sets.
