I don’t make New Years resolutions per se but I do try to improve all aspects of my health every year. For 2016, I am determined to eat less meat and more plants as well as kick up my fitness a bit!
Besides walking and riding my exercise bike, I am an avid YouTube watcher, specifically, I do YouTube workouts. I love not having to leave the house and I like that I can do these whenever my schedule permits. Currently I am doing a 30 day yoga challenge with my best pal on the East Coast using various yoga channels.
I wanted to share some of my favorites that I frequently visit. These all offer incredible workouts and most are not too long.
YOGA
I love yoga! I really enjoy pushing my body in ways that do not make me run. Yoga encourages flexibility, a centered mind, and jives with my personality which is pretty low key (though neurotic).

FITNESS
I try to shake things up with some general fitness videos. I prefer more of a stretching/ballet/Pilates type exercise and some of these channels offer those along with more intense workouts that will exhaust you!
