There are so many great workout routines that can be performed at home that lack of gym equipment cannot be your excuse to skip workouts! This is a great home cardio circuit workout that is a full body challenge with 1000 total reps. The goal is to take as few breaks as possible, but if you are just starting out, rest as you feel needed or decrease the reps to 25 for each exercise. Many of these exercises can be modified or substituted for another exercise if you are unable to perform. Time how long it takes to complete this workout then perform it again in a few weeks and compare your times. This is a great method to show your progress and keep you motivated.
Perform 50 reps of the following
Finish with 500 reps on a jump rope, or high knees if you do not have a jump rope at home.
