The recipe for success in Health & Fitness is easy, yet in 2014 over 60% of UK Adults were overweight or obese. This begs the question – why will my strategy work?
As you can see from the pictures, I am living proof that my strategy works and the fact that I’ve been in great shape for over 30 years is testament that it is also sustainable.
Now… The secret to success is to adapt you approach to suit you. What works for some people, may not work for you, which is why it is important to focus on YOU. That’s where I come in!
The first thing we need to do is understand your body. I will work with you to investigate your body type (ectomorph, endomorph or mesomorph) and understand your optimum benefit levels, which are the points where by you will see the BEST RESULTS.
Moving on, I will then work closely with you to ensure you exercise techniques are perfect. Along the way I will highlight common exercise mistakes, potential for injury and best practises to ensure you can see results FAST.
Last, but not least, I will spend time getting to know your lifestyle and provide dietary guidance that doesn’t stop you EATING THE FOODS YOU LOVE. I will then develop a sustainable strategy for ongoing Health & Fitness success that keeps you looking great, but more importantly, FEELING GREAT!
