Some routines use different exercise equipment, if you don’t have that particular piece of equipment, don’t let that stop you. I don’t have an exercise ball, I’ll just be using the classic and ever-timeless floor space. Don’t have a treadmill? Go outside.
Now for some tips from the Trainer:
Listen to your body. Push the limits, but stop when it tells you it’s time to stop.
When using weights, focus on form and slow, intentional movements (this is where the burn actually burns).
Don’t workout more than 5 days in a row, and don’t go more than two days without moving. If you’re traveling or away, find somewhere to move.
