During these winter months it can be difficult to get enough exercise especially if you do not have a gym membership. It is also cold and icy outside and it gets dark early which leaves little time to run in the daylight. Despite the uncooperative weather, there is a solution to this dilemma.
I feel like two weeks of this training will get you right on track for being in shape in no time! Even with this winter weather my fiancé and I have been trying to maintain a fitness routine that is effective and gym free. We regularly try to change up our workouts but we try to consistently fit strength training and cardio into our routines.
Example workouts: 3-4 sets 15-20 reps) I try to have enough weight that I fail by the 14th or 18th rep. The off days are for cardio or rest.
