5pts Jess/Coach, were there any modifications to the routines, like Legs&back as far as reps? Since this routine is mostly high reps, usually between 15-20 for most of the leg exercises. Should we add weight to the "squat calf raises", "sneaky lounge" or "dead lift squats"? Did you try to cut them back to the 8-12 rep range? 5pts That's Awsum, congratulations! You can see the hard work has paid off. I ordered P90X last week, but I'm over in Europe so I'm eagerly waiting for it to get here! lol. I know its going to be hard, but I'm a similar size to where you started and I'm hoping to be more like your present photo after the 90days!?? I know once I see it for my self...it'll just be the beginning and I'll want more! Wish me luck! lol 5pts Marcus- I used the iOS app, Tap & Track, which was really great. Honestly, I made up my own plan and just made adjustments along the way! Most days I was eating about 2500 calories and I definitely tweaked things as I went along to hit the numbers I wanted to. The food I listed in my write-up really did make up the majority of my diet and I was just grilling meat a lot and loading up on the other stuff! Hope that helps a bit. P.S. Just so you and everyone else knows, I'm on the same whole food plant-based diet (aka vegan) that Coach Wayne has been on and I LOVE it. Totally different than what I was on for bulking up but pretty great so far. 5pts Hey Jesse, Wow you look ripped thats exactly how I want my body.. I started p90x last year was getting ripped but had to have an operation on my ear and stopped, then I couldnt get back into it. I also had a problem with the diet and getting the right calories im from the UK by the way.. I am naturally skinny . skinny arms, skinny legs although i put a lot of weight on and its all in the gut... im getting back into p90x next week with new enthusiasm.. Im wondering im just gonna do the classic and do you think I can go with a 3000 calorie diet right away? Also I had trouble getting the right food and making sure I got the right calories I found the p90x diet plan confusing... Has anyone got a link to an easy diet I can follow, and an easy calorie counter? Hope you can help.. Marcus 5pts Let's just make this simple for one and all - here's a download link to @whitneygeorge's custom P90X schedule PDF that we followed pretty closely! Got a little loose in phase 3, but otherwise stayed on target. Click here > 5pts Ray - Absolutely! Messaging me on Facebook or tweeting me is the quickest way to get ahold of me. Both usernames are jra3086. 5pts YOu still sending out your detailed workout routine? 5pts Robert - Done! Sorry I missed this comment. Thanks for tweeting me! That's always a surefire way to reach me. :) 5pts BTW my email is robbie1971x@live.com 5pts Jesse could you email me the routine also. Thanks and awesome results. 5pts Just got my Bowflex select tech dumbbells and bench in today! YA BAY BAY! Completed the survey and got a PROMO CODE FOR 10% OFF ANY ACCESSORY. Due to my tight budget I'm not going to be buying anything from their website. For anyone that is, feel free to use my promo code for the discount. I'm sure it can only be used once. Enjoy. Promo code is -> "ACCESSORYSALE49" 5pts Wow....proud of you dude - you look like you could be in the movie Warrior! Fantastic job!!! 5pts Ha, I applaud your staunch position! Just emailed you. 5pts Jesse....I can PROUDLY say I have no social networking account. haha Not that there's anything wrong with it. I just trip out on seeing ads where the reason you should buy THIS cell phone is it has a face book button or our president tweeting. GET TO WORK! DON'T TWEET! If you don't mind and if you have time time my email is systemrootexploited@gmail.com If not I guess I'm going to have to be a twitter/facebook user for 2 minutes and then close the account. heh Thanks in advance. P.S. Morphed or not...whatever you think is best since you've completed it. I'm fine with that. 5pts Alex - Do you use Twitter or Facebook? You can look me up on there at /jra3086 and I can send you over our PDF of the 13-week routine. It morphed along the way but is a good baseline! 5pts Hi Jesse. Firstly, CONGRATS! Sweet gains. I was wondering if you wouldn't mind posting or providing a link to the actual routine schedule you'll followed. "break it down" so to speak. I'm on round 2 of P90X and would like to give yours a whirl to build some muscle afterward. Going to wait for peoples P90X2 takes to learn from their experience and results as far as building muscle. This can give me something new to do as well as variety. Thanks in advance. :) 5pts Thanks for the positive feedback, everyone! Alex - What can I answer for you? 5pts Nice work Jesse. I also consider myself a "hard gainer", but it is coming around... Keep it up. 5pts Why is MC2 listed under ONE ON ONE ROUTINES. Isn't MC2 another name for P90X2? Also...WHERE'S JESSE!? Would like to ask for a look at the actual routine rather then just the workouts incorporated into it. I enjoy a variety as I sometimes get burnt out watching/doing the same workout videos. 5pts You really got it going ON, Jesse. well done..... 5pts Holy Cow! That is AWESOME!!! Great job man! Looking thick!!! 5pts DUDE!!! Awesome results for a hard-gainer. See, anyone can build muscle if they follow proper nutrition and heavy weights. 5pts Nice Work Jesse!! 5pts Nice work dude! CW, will P90X2 be suited for muscle gain? I'm just in the middle of my second round of P90X; but trying to bulk up. I've pre-ordered X2, but won't start it until I finish this round, but I'd like to continue with adding muscle! 5pts Dude way to go! 5pts Awesome results. Very impressive on how much muscle mass you gained. Keep it up. 5pts Great job and results. Don't sweat the ab workouts they look great. Besides, Insanity gives your abs a good wotkout. You don't have to do hinge movements to work your abs. That is the foundation of programs like Hip Hop Abs. Anyways, awesome results. 5pts None of the pics are showing up. 5pts Great changes, keep it up! 5pts Great job. Inspiration for all hard gainers. Iam in the middle of my mass gaining round. Give me the motivation to keep going. My hardest problem is eating enough calories. I purchase a mass gainer it helps alot. Keep up the good work 5pts Hey Alex, the third volume of the Tony Horton 1-on-1's were called MC2. MC2 was also batted around as a part of the name of the next P90X but later it was named P90X2 (no MC2). You can learn all about that under the "programs" tab. And if you have a question for Jesse, just ask it right here and he'll get back to you :-). 5pts Yes Dino, the second phase is all about strength training, And the nice thing about how X2 is structured is that you can spend longer in the phases you want. Plus, the advanced workouts are even more strength training. 5pts Sorry about that Rhett! I had the pics in the wrong format. They should be working now! Thanks for noticing that!
