Are you ready to go all in? Spots are limited! Science Meets Athlete We don’t just come with cute workouts and big words. We back it up with scientific measurements. Each CORE athlete has two measurement cycles: First and Last day of CORE. We measure: Total Body Water, Dry Lean Mass, Lean Body Mass, Body Fat Mass, Weight, Skeletal Muscle Mass, Muscle Distribution and we’ll show you exactly what you are made out of! Then we get to work for 6 weeks. After 6 weeks, you test-out two-fold. The Baseline Workout shows you the difference on how far you have come, and the “exit” scan, shows you how much you have improved – scientifically. “You Can’t Out-Train a Bad Diet!” We know what it takes to fuel your body to perform at peak levels.
