Hello everybody and welcome! I want to share with you the routine I did for more than a year now that has restored my health, restored my emotional balance and has brought joy and hope into my life. I went through some very difficult years and the last few were very sad. I felt like I touched rock bottom, I asked myself, “What I’m I doing here?” I didn’t see solutions, or a way out of the pain I felt. And then I found one mantra, then another and another. I would chant the same two, three mantras over and over. I loved the melody. I didn’t know what I was chanting, but I noticed I got tears in my eyes but of a joy that I never felt before. One of the things that surprised me was that within ten days, my digestive problems stopped completely; I had them for more than six months. Again I didn’t know what the mantras meant, but within a couple of months I started finding out the meanings and the meanings are amazing, very profound, positive, energizing, uplifting and full of optimism; Iunderstand now why after thousands of years these words of wisdom are not forgotten and it is because they work.
