You can say I am somewhat obsessed with exercise routines that include explosive jump movements. That is because the work! They also burn massive calories in a short amount of time. Besides burning massive calories and getting my heart pumping they are great for improving stamina and making me break a sweat. Whenever I perform a workout routine that includes jump movements, I often find myself saying “ok, wait”! That’s because I need to buy myself some time to CATCH MY BREATH! Today I am sharing with you a favorite workout routine of mine that always makes me say “ok, wait” I hope you enjoy it. For this workout you will need a timer, a box, step or even a stairwell would work, your own body weight and some water. Remember to check out my workout disclaimer before attempting this workout as it may not be suitable for everyone. “OK, WAIT” 16 MINUTE WORKOUT ROUTINE I like to add these workouts to the end of a strength training session. I find doing so pushes me to my physical limits andhelps me burn even more calories.
