It will consist of the right combination of exercises that will help us achieve the best results for you in the shortest amount of time while avoiding any unnecessary injuries that a lot of beginners do get when starting off. It usually happens by lacking the right knowledge and understanding of how to execute the exercises currently or by not knowing their personal limits and starting off with workouts that are predestined for advanced athletes.
