This program is for you whether you are a student ready to evolve into a teacher, a teacher ready to discover a new and impactful way of teaching, or a student ready to dive deeper into your yoga practice.
Elements of our 200 Hour Teacher Training:
- 170 classroom hours
- 30+ outside classroom hours
- Classroom hours will span over
- 8 weekend intensives
- Outside classroom hours include reading, journaling, essays, community leadership, and evaluations
What you will learn:
- Yoga History and Philosophy
- Anatomy and Physiology
- Attend all eight weekend intensives
- Observe/ assist additional classes with designated instructors
- Maintain daily journal and meditation practice
- Practice a minimum of 2/ 3 times per week
