This is why I make sure to include cardio training in my daily exercise routines. Today I’m sharing a quick 12 minute cardio workout routine that will make you feel the burn even when you are short on time.
We all fall short sometimes. Even though I plan to hit the gym at least 3 times a week, time doesn’t always allow it. This is why it’s always good to have a plan B.
