I love essentrics! I have noticed a huge difference in my body since I have been doing it, my whole body has become lean and tight and my endurance, flexibility, and strength have increased dramatically! It is so much fun to do, and I love how quick the workouts are. It is easy to fit into a busy schedule. With that and cardio a few times a week, I am in the best shape of my life!

i do a full hour workout about 3 times a week. But you can do these mini workouts as often as you like
