Exercise #1: Squats – perform 100 deep squats Exercise #2: pull-ups – to failure Exercise #3: pushups – perform 100 reps Exercise #4: crunches – perform 100 reps Exercise #5: sprints – run all out for 30 seconds
Rest 2-3 minutes then start the next set.
