With the Christmas season upon us, many of us may have a hard time fitting in a workout. Sometimes visiting family or having family visit us can throw a wrench in our workout routines. Well fear not, this simple do anywhere bodyweight workout can be done literally anywhere. Ok maybe not anywhere, as I was writing this post my daughter was over my shoulder and she asked “the workout can be done anywhere? Even in the grocery store?” I guess you could technically do it in the grocery store but you may get funny looks when you start the push-ups, so I will say this is the “do almost anywhere bodyweight workout”. This workout can be done at home, at the gym, or at a relatives house. You don’t need any equipment to do this workout. It’s fast, simple and effective, you could even repeat more than the recommended 3 times to make it a full circuit workout.
