When I train, its for me and only me. The feeling of pushing myself to strengths end is a rush. You have to have a purpose and a strong one at that. Building muscle and strength is not easy. It hurts, but you will survive. The way I see it, how bad do you want to look good? How bad do you want to look good in that mirror? How bad do you want your clothes to fit? And how bad do you want to feel healthy? You must find your desire and motivator to push you towards your goal. You can probably complain longer about training and working out then the session in the gym will take. I like to balance the exercises, a push and pull motion. For example biceps and triceps together, chest and back together, this way its a flex and stretch motion.
I like to categorize workouts based on level of Drive. Now I do recommend that you start at a safe point, but don’t be easy on yourself. If you want results, than its going to be the workout that gets you sore, that is going to trigger the muscle growth and strength. My feeling about weight loss is no different than muscle building. Its simple, as you build muscle you will burn fat. Another words, the only difference is stronger people lift heavier weights.
