Every Thursday at Memorial Park we will be meeting at the runners stretching deck area and moving to the pullup bars for a calisthenics routine that will challenge your flexibility, strength, balance, core strength and coordination. This is all next to the tennis courts. The workout will focus on back strength, chest strength, handstands and HS strength, backbends, flexibility (stretching) and we will purposefully throw ourselves off balance in order to gain it. The goal is to be able to all of the really difficult movements however we are not all at that point. You are guaranteed to be pushed to your level, rather your next level, NO MATTER WHAT LEVEL YOU ARE ON!!
