Hey peeps, took a couple weeks off after Oct 1 2015 in week 9 of freeletics. I started getting really tired and felt achy and it wouldn’t go away, I know this feeling it usually means I need a break. I counted my length of working out and found out I had 3 months straight of CC training then immediately started freeletics for another 2+ months with no longer than 3 day break. It lasted 2 weeks then I felt really good, even my diet was free to eat. So when I came back to training I noticed a new video on CC training routine Veterano Plus, it looked so damn perfect that I had to start back up with it and it takes me about 10-15 minutes to do each day.
The problem after awhile of doing Convict Conditioning is the low volume, it shouldn’t be your only training the way it is on most of the routines. Anyway so I started doing it this week and I am loving it so far, a quick complete workout 6 days a week with 1 progression each day. This will be another alt method of working out, I like to change my training every 3-6 months. I am also loving the madbarz app, its basic 4 rounds of bodyweight stuff you can use or create your own workouts with.
Just workout using anything that is fun for you, but be consistent in overall training.
My notes below.
Convict Conditioning
Veterano More
10/20/2015 started
Six days doing the big 6 progressions like normal 2-3 work sets. Keeps the normal progression.
Plus is to do the other 5 progressions each day, but only 1 set 60-70% total effort. Light 5!
My modifications are to use any exercise progressions previously completed if wanted. I do the light 5 with no rest between.
Workout takes 10-15 minutes, feels much more complete.
Can do more workouts/exercises kettlebells/freeletics/madbarz etc. if up for it.
Idea is to build more skill and help progress faster in general.
Check out the video below about it.
