“For three straight summers I was going to get in shape. Needless to say I didn’t and by this past June I had reached my highest weight of my life at 228.7 pounds. Tired of being fat, lazy, unmotivated and lacking energy, I decided to call Albany NY Fitness. The first time I met Alan I did not think I was going to keep visiting and receiving his assistance. It is an hour long drive from my house to Albany NY Fitness and the whole trip up I kept saying in the back of my mind that this was the last time I was making this trip.
