10 minute HIIT on the treadmill (jog at 6.0mph at 0% for 1 minute, 6.0mph at at 6% incline for 1 minute. Back to 6.0mph at 0% incline for I minute and then 8.0 at 0% incline for a minute. Walk at 3.5 for a minute. Repeat 2x for 10 minutes.
