A few months ago, I attended Midland boot camp. The first day, I knew I would stand out because I am not necessarily the type of person that enjoys exercising, or at least I thought. I have met two of the most caring and encouraging trainers, who are very supportive of my physical health needs and allow me to work out at my own pace. I have dropped weight , a dress size and gained some confidence in myself and I am still on the road to success. I now have a special love for burpees! -Angie C.
I started bootcamp a year ago to help cross train for a 1/2 marathon I was doing-I’ve been hooked ever since. I’ve pushed myself to so many levels and have never felt this strong! I’m looking forward to the next year to see what I can do!! -Danielle O.
I am a 53 year old Mom, and was encouraged by my 19 year old daughter to join the “summer session”, while she was home from college. We both attended 3 sessions a week, and, LOVED it! What we enjoy about the sessions, is that, they are self paced.I could not keep up with my 19 yr old, but, each time, receive an INCREDIBLE work out! Pam and Kristi are very encouraging, and FUN! My plan is to continue, this school year, while my daughter is away @ college. She will join me, when she is home for breaks! Thank YOU Midland Boot Camp! -Kimberly Meyers
After baby number 2, the weight sure wasn’t coming off as easy! I was bored with the gym and frustrated that I was still wearing stretchy pants! My friend Sharla Gray was doing bootcamp and I noticed how amazing her arms were! So I signed up and have been hooked ever since. I feel better and have way more energy to chase my 2 yr old. I love it and cannot say enough about Pam and Kristi! _Lauren W.
